Answer:
Yes, the number of licenses can be used on the same number of PC's (non floating situation). Every additional PC which wants to use ViewStation an “additional authorization” is needed. I.e. for 10 PC’s using 5 licenses at the same time, 5 licenses and 5 additional authorizations are needed. Of course every other combination is possible.
